American Company Executives Discussed Their Successes

Porat referred to the 20% time created in her company that allows employees to dedicate part of their work to big ideas. She said: "This way, Gmail and our first artificial intelligence entity, Google Brain, were born."

Scott Kirby described United Airlines' success as a "brand-loyal airline" and emphasized four main areas of business: reliability, service, products, and technology. He said: "We must continuously surprise our customers. I want them to be amazed by something new we’ve done when they board the plane." Kirby also stressed the importance of maintaining high standards in these areas, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Future Outlook

The executives also addressed the future of their companies. Kirby stated that his main goal is to prevent employee layoffs in the future. Porat mentioned expanding Alphabet's business infrastructure into space, stating that the company will soon launch an artificial intelligence data center. Ford also emphasized the importance of his product for customers and expressed hope that Ford will continue to be recognized as an American automotive company.
