Anne Imhof has entered a new era in performing arts with her presentations that feature slow movements and deep sounds. The German artist managed to draw significant attention with her art project in 2025 titled 'Doom: House of Hope'. This work, loosely based on the story of 'Romeo and Juliet', was showcased on 10 different dates at the Park Avenue Armory in New York, attracting 9000 visitors.

The performance of 'Doom: House of Hope', featuring models from the Balenciaga brand and professional ballet dancers, provided a unique experience for the audience. New Works and Exhibitions
Last year, Anne Imhof was also recognized as one of the key figures in the Valentino fashion campaign for the 2026 season and unveiled a permanent public sculpture of a pool outside the Serralves Museum of Contemporary Art in Porto, Portugal. This sculpture symbolizes her desire to use public spaces for creating art.
She is expected to open her first solo exhibition in Asia next September at the Tai Kwun center in Hong Kong. This exhibition will include Imhof's signature works and a new performance in collaboration with the Hong Kong Ballet. This exhibition could be seen as a milestone in her artistic career and represents the expansion of her influence across various fields of art and culture.
