Focus on Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity
Papas emphasizes that "artificial intelligence is not just a technology, but leadership from senior management." He believes this technology is changing our approach to efficiency, individual productivity, and business growth. Papas has also formed a team to "use artificial intelligence to protect against artificial intelligence," as he is aware of the potential risks these tools pose in the hands of malicious actors.

Learning from Personal Experiences
Papas has gained one of his biggest lessons in managing a multigenerational workforce from an unexpected experience. While climbing Mount Kilimanjaro with his two adult daughters, he realized that while he had a fixed process in mind, his daughters performed better than he did. He says, "It's all about learning, unlearning, and relearning." This mindset is now being promoted among his more than 38,000 technology and operations employees.
Papas, emphasizing the importance of continuous learning and adapting to change, helps his employees navigate new challenges and opportunities as a leader in the age of artificial intelligence. He believes that success in this era requires flexibility and the ability to embrace new ideas.
