Brazil's Supreme Court has extended the voting time in the presidential elections until 7 PM local time (2200 GMT), giving voters an additional two hours to participate in the elections.
Complaints about Public Transport
This decision came after complaints from Lula's team, the current president, regarding problems with bus services that hindered people's ability to reach polling stations. Meanwhile, Bolsonaro's team also expressed dissatisfaction with the weather conditions in some areas that made voting more difficult.

Lula's Request for Extension of Voting Time
Lula had requested that the voting time be extended due to the cancellation of bus services in São Paulo, Brazil's largest city. He stated, "We ask the Supreme Court to extend the electoral process so that those who have been deprived of voting due to the unethical tricks of mayors can cast their votes." He added that 40 percent of buses in the city are out of service, which aligns with local reports indicating that 75 buses have been prevented from leaving the depots.
Lula further stated, "I have never complained in any election. If I won or lost, I would accept it and prepare for the next election. But this time, something concerning is happening." He emphasized that no one should be discouraged from voting due to the unethical actions of some individuals.
Brazilian Voting in Germany
Brazilians in Germany have decisively voted in favor of Lula, with statistics showing that Lula received 79.09 percent of the votes from 20,923 voters in Germany. This figure has increased from the 71.9 percent he received in the first round. In Berlin, 88.77 percent of the votes were in favor of Lula, while the city of Frankfurt, with 29.03 percent, showed the most support for Bolsonaro.
The Brazilian Electoral Commission has announced that the winner of the election will be officially declared by 8:30 to 9 PM. Brazil uses an electronic voting system that allows votes to be counted more quickly.
