For example, companies like Fidelity and USAA Insurance have gained customer loyalty and satisfaction by offering fast and efficient services. In these companies, customers can easily speak with a real human and receive timely and accurate answers to their questions.
In the digital world, we must remember that digital technologies should help us do things better, not worse. Algorithmic efficiency cannot replace empathy and human judgment. Therefore, we should strive to create an environment in the digital space where human colleagues and digital technologies blend well together.
