Politicians can be great writers, and some of them have won the Nobel Prize in Literature. However, their writings often face serious criticism. For example, Boris Johnson, the former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, published a book titled "Seventy-Two Virgins - A Comedy of Errors" in 2004, which was accused of racism and lack of diplomacy.

Unethical Works and Criticism

Bruno Le Maire, the Minister of Economy and Finance of France, published the novel "American Fog" in 2023, which faced significant criticism and mockery due to a graphic sexual scene. This book quickly gained attention, and people criticized the government, expressing that they had been under pressure for years.

Marlene Schippa, a former minister and author of unethical books under the pseudonym Marie Minelli, is also known for her works in this area. Books such as "The Courage to Sexual Friendships" and "How to Turn Your Partner into Brad Pitt in 30 Days" are among her works. Schippa appeared on the cover of Playboy magazine during her tenure as Minister of Social Affairs, which was also controversial.

Sexual Novels by Politicians

Valéry Giscard d'Estaing, the former President of France, published several unethical novels depicting sexual scenes in the presidential palace. However, perhaps the most interesting case is Emmanuel Macron, the current President of France, who has not published an unethical novel about the early days of his relationship with Brigitte. It is likely that he has kept this work for his political achievements.

These works not only fuel public criticism but also reflect political and social challenges. Politicians writing such works seek attention and to promote themselves, but ultimately they can face negative reactions.
