The Crown of Charles will address its concerns about the speed of AI development at a special gathering on Thursday at "Dumfries House" located in "Ayrshire", Scotland, and will ask industry leaders to reassure the public.
Human and Ethical Concerns
In his opening speech, the Crown of Charles will say: "The development of AI — both in terms of content and speed — is equally fascinating and deeply concerning." He will emphasize the importance of human values and the ethical element in this regard, stating that "those who care about humanity and its ethical components are deeply seeking your assurance that we will not lose control of our destiny."

Call for International Cooperation
The Crown of Charles will also warn that "the decisions made at this foundational time will shape the world that future generations will inherit" and will ask attendees to "not only focus on technological advancement but also ensure that this technology remains fully in service to humanity, society, and the natural world."
Among the guests at this event are "Jensen Huang", CEO of "NVIDIA", "Demis Hassabis", one of the founders of "Google DeepMind", and "Sarah Friar", CFO of "OpenAI". Additionally, "Kanishka Narayan", the UK Minister for AI, and "Paolo Benanti", a Vatican advisor, will also be present at this gathering.
The Royal Palace has announced that the Crown of Charles will invite guests to discuss "how we can harness the benefits of AI with safety at the heart of this process" and "how we can foster international cooperation and agreement to achieve this goal, so that no country is left behind and we protect the future of humanity."
This event is organized by the "Royal Trust", the "Royal Foundation", and the "Sustainable Markets Initiative" and will also explore whether a "set of common principles" can be developed to guide the future application of AI that acts not only as a driver of capability and efficiency but also as a tool that preserves human dignity and contributes to the flourishing of people and the planet.
