Evaluation Criteria
This assessment has been conducted based on three main pillars: financial performance, reputation analysis, and online engagement. The first pillar, financial performance, has been evaluated through a detailed analysis of financial metrics such as revenue per employee and funding levels. These metrics provide insights into the financial stability, growth potential, and operational efficiency of the companies, accounting for 50% of the total score of this assessment.

The second pillar, reputation analysis, assesses how companies and their digital health solutions are perceived in the public eye. Using social listening techniques, this analysis gathers sentiments, opinions, and perceived credibility by examining public content such as news coverage, blogs, forums, and social media activities. This pillar accounts for 30% of the total score.
The third pillar, online engagement, measures the level of accessibility and engagement of companies through digital platforms. Website traffic is considered a key metric of user engagement, and this pillar constitutes 20% of the total score.
Identification of the Top 500 Companies
After collecting and evaluating the data, this information is converted into a weighted scoring model, with each pillar contributing to the final score based on its assigned weight. Out of thousands of companies reviewed, the 500 companies with the highest scores have been identified as the "Top Health Technology Companies in the World 2026." Each company is categorized into one of six market segments of health technology:
- AI Data Analytics - Companies that use artificial intelligence and data-driven technologies to improve diagnostic accuracy and personalize treatment plans.
- Diagnostics - Companies that provide digital solutions for medical assessments and early disease detection.
- Health Information Management - Providers of secure digital platforms for storing, managing, and exchanging electronic health records.
- Medical Devices and Wearables - Developers of connected medical devices and wearable technologies that monitor and manage health parameters in real-time.
- Prevention - Developers of digital programs that promote health and wellness.
- Telemedicine and Treatment - Platforms and technologies that enable the delivery of remote healthcare services.
Additionally, within this group of companies, performance labels of "Excellent," "Very High," or "High" are assigned based on the relative ranking of each company and performance in the pillars. "Excellent" is awarded to companies whose overall performance ranks in the top third of the listed companies and at least two of their individual scores are at least 85%. "Very High" is for companies whose overall performance is in the middle third and at least two of their individual scores are at least 65%. "High" is awarded to companies that meet the stringent standards of this list but do not reach these thresholds in individual pillars.
