He pointed out that readiness to defend the country does not mean a lack of readiness for negotiation and peace, emphasizing that these two elements can act in line with common goals. According to him, in the complex world of international relations, countries must have the ability to combine these two approaches to effectively respond to external and internal threats.

This university professor further referred to the importance of the balance of power in international relations and said: "Both war and diplomacy are tools that countries use to maintain their interests. He also pointed out that in situations where crises and tensions are increasing in the world, diplomacy becomes more important as a tool for reducing tensions and preventing wars. For this reason, countries must always be strengthening their diplomatic relations with other countries.

The PhD in International Relations further addressed the challenges facing countries in the realm of diplomacy and war, stating: "In the information age, media and new technologies, countries must use new strategies to maintain the balance of power. This requires training and preparing human and strategic resources that can perform well in different conditions."
He concluded by emphasizing that the ability to combine war and diplomacy can help countries manage crises and global challenges and enable them to achieve greater successes in various fields.
