In their latest report titled "America's Growth Leaders 2027," TIME and Statista showcased the ranking of the top 500 public companies. This ranking is based on a comprehensive analysis of companies' performance in three main dimensions including growth performance, financial stability, and stock performance.
Growth Performance
The first dimension, growth performance, has been assessed using data from Statista's revenue database. This database includes information on companies' growth over the past five years. To qualify for the assessment, companies must be based in the United States and publicly traded, showing significant revenue growth over the past five years. In this assessment, relative growth and the number of years in which growth has occurred are taken into account.

Financial Stability and Stock Performance
The second dimension, financial stability, has been analyzed through the profitability of companies using classic metrics such as the Piotroski F-Score and Altman Z-Score. These metrics help assess the overall financial health of the company and its likelihood of bankruptcy. Additionally, specific industry KPIs have been used to demonstrate the financial stability of companies in the banking, insurance, and REIT sectors.
The third dimension, stock performance, has been evaluated based on several KPIs that indicate the strengths of companies as stock investments. The analysis process focused on average annual growth rates, recent returns, comparisons with the overall market, and stock volatility over the past five years.
After collecting and evaluating the data, these data points were combined and weighted in a scoring model. The scores from all three dimensions were aggregated equally to form a final score of up to 100 points. Ultimately, the 500 companies that achieved the highest scores were introduced as "America's Growth Leaders 2027."
