Ali Babaei-Karnameh, head of the Social Commission of the Parliament, discussed the importance of diplomacy in ensuring the national security of the country in an interview. He pointed to the necessity of a smart and precise approach to the enemies' conspiracies and tools, stating that one should not become overly optimistic with a single letter or positive signal, nor should they become worried and passive with two letters or negative actions.
The Necessity of Unity and Synergy in Decision-Making
Babaei-Karnameh emphasized that a calm and confident approach, relying on domestic capacities and national unity, is essential for ensuring the country's sustainable security. According to him, the enemy is constantly testing and measuring the will of the Iranian nation and government, while American politicians have reached a deadlock in addressing the demands of their own nations.

He also stressed the need for vigilance against fluctuations in oil prices and exchange rates, as well as the sending of media diplomatic messages by the Americans, stating that if we do not handle matters politically and intelligently within the country, we may fall into traps designed by the intelligence and diplomatic branches of the United States.
Smart Actions Against Enemy Scenarios
Ali Babaei-Karnameh expressed surprise at some politicians' hasty reactions to various issues, noting that the belief that a few green lights can lead to results is a strategic error that could place the country in dangerous traps. He said, "Iran utilizes every window and diplomatic opportunity to secure and realize its people's interests."
He emphasized that the negotiating team and senior officials of the country must act with high sensitivity and consult with national security and diplomacy experts, adding: "Today, more than ever, we need unity, synergy, and complete coordination among the pillars of the system and the three branches of government."
Babaei-Karnameh concluded by stressing the need for careful monitoring of the negotiation and decision-making pillars, especially with a focus on Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf, stating that they must respond accurately and timely to the new and complex scenarios posed by the opposing side. He also noted that sometimes not responding to provocations is itself a smart action, and in some cases, strong operational steps must be taken.
