There are comments that Merz is inattentive in communicating with others. While the planned reforms regarding the pension system could pose tough challenges for many, he seems impatient and reckless in discussing it. In July, Merz publicly criticized that people's attitudes towards the "four-day work week and work-life balance" could harm the country's welfare.
